We were bowled over this week when the team visited the centre to present the cheque. What a surprise. Thank you so much to all for nominating and choosing Cardiac Rehab as the charity this year.
The money donated will make a big difference in helping us to help those who will benefit from the services we offer.
£10,000 helps us to support over 30 more people at higher risk of developing heart disease through our Staywell Programme.
