Martin Lovell, Cardiac Rehab General Manager, accepts a cheque from the staff at Alton Sainsburys. As the chosen local charity of the year, Cardiac Rehab is extremely grateful to receive such a fantastic sum from Alton Sainsburys.
“We are dedicated to improving the heart health, fitness and wellbeing of those with and those at risk of heart disease. This year Cardiac Rehab will need an income of over £300.000 to break even. Although we host the NHS cardiology team at the centre, we receive no funding from the NHS nor from local or national government. We are therefore reliant on our supporters and fundraising activities. We would like to extend a hugh thank you to all of the Sainsbury’s staff and customer’s for your support.”
