Sandra Letford, Deputy Health Programme Manager / BACPR Exercise Instructor, completed the London to Paris Bike Ride at the beginning of September. The challenging route covered approximately 240 miles through picturesque English and French rural landscapes finishing at one of the world’s most iconic structures, the 324 meter high Eiffel Tower.
