Alton Lions Treasurer Mike Baker presented a cheque for £2000 to Cardiac REHAB General Manager, Martin Lovell, as a result of the recent annual Lions / Rehab Golf tournament. The event raised £1600 for Cardiac Rehab which Alton Lions Club topped up to £2000 for Cardiac Rehab’s 40th Anniversary. This year’s tournament was won by Bernard Dunk’s “Hims Ancient and Modern” team, pictured with Lion Derek Shaw, the event organiser, and Martin Lovell who presented the competition trophy, together with a winners Lions / Rehab shirt, to Bernard Dunk, Peter Lyons, Colin Russell and Peter Smith. Alton Lions Club would like to thank to all who played and supported the event particularly the members and staff from Worldham Golf Club.
