Many Congratulations to Sandra, Charlotte, Julie and Stephanie who have all recently completed training courses and achieved top marks in their individual subjects.
Sandra can now provide training in the following areas:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation
First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work
Immediate Management of Anaphylaxis

Charlotte is passionate about making a difference to health.
She started studying for a Masters Degree 5 years ago when she was living in Oman. She continued her studies when she returned to the UK, on the ‘distance learning’ course with Manchester University.
Charlotte joined the team at Cardiac Rehab, as a qualified BACPR P.IV Exercise Instructor, two years ago. Since then she has been juggling her work and studies, as well as looking after her two children, Dulcie and Fin.

Qualified Instruction in CAN-REHAB – Both achieved Distinctions
Julie and Stephanie, Cardiac Rehab Exercise Instructors, have recently qualified as Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist Instructors.
This is an area we have been wanting to move into for some time.
We will keep you posted as to when these classes are up and running!
