Hearty Walkers
Event details
The walks will be a maximum of 3 miles long and will start/finish at the Centre. Our trained walk leaders will guide walkers, ending up back at the Centre where refreshments will be available.
Walking is a great way to maintain fitness and fresh air and friends are a great tonic for mental wellbeing too.
The walks will take place on the last Monday of the month.
Please register your places with Reception.

The Hearty Walkers is a social group for our Exercisers and their friends, set up to get people moving around our fabulous countryside to help their hearts.
