Thank you for the laughs and a Happy New Year to you and Yours.
I did a 15 minute, low impact, walking exercise programme, as on YouTube this morning. Tomorrow it will be 20 minutes, preceded and finished with a warm up and cool down of course. I will gradually work up to an hour a day (on days I am not dancing) again. I missed doing it over the Christmas period. It always lowers my stress levels and starts the day off right.
Many thanks Sue. That sounds a very positive and health-enhancing plan. I hope that it goes well and that 2025 is an excellent year for you. And keep dancing!
