The Fit Gym Campaign – Heart Health for all
We need support to keep our purpose built building in tip top shape, just like our exercisers, and to provide our specialist exercise services to help as many people as possible who need to reduce their high risk of heart disease.
One donation – twice the impact!
The Cardiac Rehab Centre has been running for 25 years and the Big Give Christmas Challenge is the culmination of a year of fundraising to ensure the Centre is fit for exercisers for the next 25 years. By having a building in tip top shape, we can help even more people improve their heart health, fitness and wellbeing.
The funds raised by the Big Give Christmas Challenge will provide an air conditioning machine for the multi-purpose education and exercise space at the Centre. It will also support additional 50 clients through a programme of supervised specialist exercise who will achieve improved fitness, reduced weight and increased wellbeing. To enable those diagnosed with heart disease, of suffering a cardiac event, to feel supported practically and emotionally.
Past campaigns have raised thousands of pounds to support Cardiac Rehab and have helped us through some tricky time. Please get involved and make a difference this Christmas.
How can you help?
When you donate online via the Big Give, your donations will be doubled.

How does the Christmas Challenge Work?
The Christmas Challenge is a match funding campaign where donations to participating charities are doubled. The match funds come from pledges that we have secured over the summer. This pot is used to double donations from online supporters when the campaign is live. The video explains further:
