Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, Tai Chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise.

Our specially adapted Tai Chi class will help with mobility and balance, and to aid overall wellbeing.

Before you start, we will need you to complete a short questionnaire about your health and we will take your blood pressure, to make sure you are safe to exercise in this class.
