Congratulations to Cardiac Rehab Graduate, Chris Matcham, who came 2nd in the West Country Scythe Championships at the weekend. 70 year old Chris, who had quadruple heart bypass surgery in 2008, and who has exercised regularly at the Cardiac Rehab Centre ever since, was runner up in the vintage class. Well done Chris!
