Challenges

Take on a challenge and help Cardiac Rehab!

Your support will make a difference

Taking on a challenge and asking for sponsorship is one of the most popular ways to support Cardiac Rehab.  You could run, walk cycle, skydive, row, dance or even have a drastic haircut!  Find something that inspires you and we will support you to help maximise your fundraising.

Active challenges

Marathons & runs

We have access to places in the London & Brighton marathons as well as the Great South Run and other organised races.  Or you could use your own ballot place.

Party Challenges

You don’t have to be very active to challenge yourself for Cardiac Rehab – how about one of our seasonal party fundraisers instead?

Snowball Challenge

During the winter months, host a Snowball Supper and ask for a donation (as little or as much as your guests want to donate) to Cardiac Rehab.  You then donate the total amount (which we can gift aid) and for every £10 raised we will add a snowball to the container at the Centre.

Hearty Party

Hosting a Hearty Party is a great opportunity to have fun with friends and family while helping us raise much needed funds. You could host a tea party, or a drinks party or indeed any kind of party you like!
