Room Hire

The Cardiac Rehab Centre is a purpose-built building sited next to Alton Sports Centre, and is available to hire.

Our vibrant exercise and education facility is available to hire on a one-off or ongoing basis.

The facilities include:

a sprung floor exercise/dance space
a lecture room with capacity for 80 people
changing rooms and showers
a medical examination room (used by our clinical lead Dr Swart, the visiting cardiologist and other NHS staff)
plentiful free parking

There is a defibrillator on site.

Lecture Room

Capacity – seats about 80 for a lecture, theatre style, or can be set as a large meeting room in a classroom style

Seating – chairs and tables provided

Size – 12m x 6m

Flexible staging

Hire rate – £30 per hour (including non-exclusive use of adjoining kitchen facilities)

Capacity – seats about 8 comfortably for meetings or one-to-one appointments

Seating – chairs and tables provided

Size – 4m x 4.5m

Hire rate – £15 per hour

Capacity – around 20 additional people

Seating – chairs and tables provided

Availability – For evening and weekend hire there is an option of opening out the Lecture Theatre into the Centre Reception

Size – 7.5m x 5m

Hire rate – £15 per hour, in addition to Lecture Room hire rates

Multimedia equipment and onsite WiFi included in the hire cost.
Flip charts and photocopier are available at additional cost.
Special all-day rates may be available.
Rates may vary for hire outside normal Centre operating hours.
We reserve the right not to hire facilities to organisations that we judge to be incompatible with our charitable objectives.
