Please ensure your goods are returned to us within 30 days of receiving them.
Please contact us on 01420 544 794 and let us know that you wish to return your items and receive a refund. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the items. Please ensure items are in their original condition, with any seals, wrapping or tags intact (unless the item is faulty).

Once the items are received in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to the means of payment that you used for the initial purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We aim to process your refund or issue a replacement order within 3-5 working days.
Return of faulty goods
Under consumer law, you have the right to return goods if they develop a fault within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, they may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement.
